(1) I took a 6 session laser package. The doctor didn't even evaluate or meet me - only on my insistence she met me once initially but never checked up on me during any session (each lasts approximately 4 hours) though she was in office.

(2) Most of the staff is good and been around for a few years. However I'm not going to the clinic for their name - I'm going because of the doctor. But she is completely hands off for laser

(3) Despite earlier requesting the technicians I prefer, for my appointments, particularly for dealing with sensitive areas, they would often not be available. 3 to 4 different people have worked on me in the same session. The results do show differently depending on their individual styles. Today was my last session and the doctor just keeps calling out the technicians so one would just about start but then be called away and someone else would take over

(4) I cannot speak about other treatments but I would avoid for laser. I have had laser done earlier and that experience was much better - doctor would meet you each time and guide the technicians with a very customized strategy, which is completely lacking here

My full family visits Dr Desai from last many years.

She is very good and has gentle hands. Is also very cooperative in treatment as I have phobia of needles. She was very patient with me and my kids.

Also got new dentures for my Mother in Law from her. She was very patient with the fittings and did a complete job to our satisfaction.

Doctor is extremely polite and soft spoken. Explains the process of treatment and other details patiently . My treatment is going on. I’m still in the process. But till now, no complaints. Definitely recommend the Doctor . Absolutely satisfying.

I was prescribed retinol and certain treatment creams for my face. They didn’t prescribed me any face wash. The face wash I was using was not suiting my skin and so i called the clinic multiple times with no reply from their side. Very unprofessional behaviour. Felt like I wasted my money and time here.

Dr. Sadhana herself and her team are very friendly and caring. Dr. Sadhna has a very positive attitude.

I am happy that Dr explained the things in very easy way. Also She has given the hopes that everything will be fine soon so I was ready to go for it. now I am waiting for the good results.

The entire experience is great from the time you enter the clinic. Amrita at the front desk is so helpful. And the results are amazing.
